DEAL BRIEF
Leistritz Group, Germany (“Leistritz”), one of the leading global manufacturers of screw pumps, through its affiliates, have recently established their Indian joint-venture, Leistritz India Private Limited (“Leistritz India”), alongwith their long-time Indian distributor.
Leistritz India proposes to market and distribute advanced screw pumps designed and manufactured by the Leistritz Group in the Indian market.
Founded in 1905, Leistritz is a developer, manufacturer and worldwide marketer of engineered products for aerospace, energy, oil and natural gas, maritime and pharmaceutical industries.
OUR ROLE
