Sage Holding Company Limited, a part of the Sage Group PLC (“Sage”) announced its 100% acquisition of Fyle Technologies Private Limited (“Fyle”). Sage is a market leader in cloud business management solutions, supporting millions of small and medium size businesses globally. Fyle provides an AI-powered expense management software, with this collaboration deepening integration into Sage’s ecosystem.
Our Role
We, at Nishith Desai Associates, acted as counsel to Steadview Capital Mauritius Limited and ABG Capital, and advised them on the legal, documentary and regulatory aspects of the sale of their shareholding in Fyle.
