Sovereign Wealth Funds (SWF) and Pension Funds (PF) are contributing to an ever increasing portion of foreign institutional capital invested into India. The continuing active participation of SWFs and PFs in India would be critical in achieving the goal of a USD 5 trillion economy in the near future.

In our most recent paper titled “Sovereign Wealth Funds and Pension Funds- Investments into India”, we have analysed the legal, regulatory and tax regime governing investments by Sovereign Wealth Funds and Pension Funds in India.
