Stride Gaming Plc acquires 51% stake in Rummy Passion

DEAL BRIEF

Stride Gaming Plc, a company listed on London Stock Exchange, has acquired 51% stake in Passion Gaming Private Limited for USD 3.75 million.

Stride Gaming Plc is a leading online gaming operator.

Passion Gaming Private Limited is an innovative online gaming company providing and offers its premier product “Rummy Passion” through its online portal.

OUR ROLE

We, at Nishith Desai Associates, acted as the legal, tax and regulatory counsel to Stride Gaming Plc on this transaction.
