New Publication – Metaverse: A New Universe

Touted as the next big revolution in the technology space, Metaverse will be our reality soon. From virtual concerts and gaming, to virtual attendance in offices, university and gyms, Metaverse has its endless use cases.

At NDA, continuing with our philosophy of “Anticipate, Prepare and Deliver”, we are proud to present our latest research paper titled “Metaverse: A New Universe”, to visualize and co-create the world of the future from a legal, regulatory and tax perspective.

The paper discusses not only the intersection of technologies (haptics, 5G, Quantum Computing, Blockchain, AR / VR, etc.) but also new age issues which may emanate from the adoption of such technologies (machine liability, avatar rights, IPR Ownership, NFTs, Cyber Security, Privacy, Digital taxation, etc.). In addition, the paper also focusses on key growth industries in the Metaverse.

We trust that this paper will be helpful for those who are already involved with the Metaverse, as well as those who are still exploring its terrains.
